All orders placed are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria (unless otherwise specified). Within 1-2 days of placing your order (Monday to Friday), your items will be securely packed and shipped. You will then receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.
We also do a local pickup from our shop located in Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre, Point Cook.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup (usually the next business day).
On some occasions, shipping your order may be delayed. These reasons include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Items ordered are on back order.
- Items ordered are pre-sale (ship date is stated on product page)
- Holiday Period or new item release (please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be shipped in these cases)
For all orders containing ‘pre-sale’, ‘out of stock’ or ‘back ordered’ items, your order will be shipped when all products are in stock. All estimated dates of shipping are subject to change due to unforeseen delays.

LOST PACKAGES / INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your checkout. Once orders have been shipped, StarKids cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, delayed, or mis-delivered packages. In cases where an incorrect delivery address has been entered and the recipient has accepted the delivery we are unfortunately unable to assist.
