Which payment methods are accepted?

Our online store accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Direct Bank Transfer. Your account will be debited at the time of order and the transaction will appear on your statement.

Are my payment details/data secure?
We take website and credit card security very seriously and always endeavour to provide a secure, safe environment from which to conduct online transactions. We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times. All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure, using 128 bit SSL encryption. To ensure that the page you are viewing is secure, look for a padlock icon in your browser, this verifies the authenticity and validity of our website security. This type of security ensures your order and payment details remain secure over the internet. We do not under any circumstances store credit card details. Why isn’t my payment going through?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties on our website. First, we recommend clearing your cookies or switching to another browser. If the problem still exists, then we recommend trying a different payment method.
What is your return policy?
We have a flexible return policy. Please refer here for full details of our return policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to New Zealand outside Australia.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we have not processed the order, you can easily cancel or change the order. Please contact us immediately with your order number and our team can help you out.
How can I track my order?
Within 1-2 days of placing your order (Monday to Friday), your items will be securely packed and shipped. You will then receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

Do I need an appointment?

We suggest booking your appointment in advance but we do welcome walk-ins as well 🙂

What ages to you cut hair for?

We’re actually a salon for kids! We provide quality haircut and styling services for anyone aged 6 months and up – including tweens and teens! But on the other hand, there is a child inside each one of us! So why not? Parents are welcome too.

How often should I cut my child's hair?

It’s entirely up to you. Some children have more hair when they are born and begin haircut services in their first year. We have some children who do not get their first haircut until they turn 3, then some who have long straight hair that might only need cuts every six months or so. We have some kids who get a precision cut or a buzz cut that we see every few weeks.

What if my child doesn’t cooperate?

We will do whatever we can to make the service a success, but it is up to you to decide whether or not to proceed with the service. Our Stylists have years of experience dealing with kids who do not like to get their hair cut. If we feel that your child’s safety is at risk, we will stop. Safety is always our first priority! You can find some tips in our blogs section, to make your kids first haircut a success.

Does my child get a shampoo service?

Shampoo service can be added to a haircut service. Younger children and their parents are happy with the hair being sprayed with water. If you would like a shampoo to be done, just ask us.

We have specially designed hair wash chairs for kids.

What makes your Manis and Pedis 'mini'?

Our Manis and Pedis are tailored especially for children. Kids have soft, sensitive skin and don’t need the use of metal tools to get a great mani or pedi. We use 100% Non-Toxic, natural products with organic botanicals safe and gentle for delicate skin of kids.

Are your products safe for kids?

Absolutely, we care for little ones and understand how important it is when it comes to the gentle skin of kids. That’s why, we only use products that are 100% chemical free and natural. Lovingly made just for kids. If your kids have any specific skin allergies please feel free to discuss with our staff prior.

Are your products available for sale?

Yes, absolutely. You may explore our range of products either at shop or online and they can be purchased both in store and online.

I would like to make a hair donation to kids charity. How can I do it?

We appreciate your generosity. Please let our friendly staff know and they will be happy to assist you with it. All you need to do is fill out a simple form and place your hair in a sealable bag that’s provided to you along with the form. Your hair donations will be made into wigs for kids who have lost hair due to medical conditions.

Is your makeup all natural?
Our mineral eyeshadow, blush, lip gloss and face paints are made only with minerals and other natural ingredients. There are absolutely no synthetic ingredients.
How is your makeup different from other adult makeup?
There is no difference – except it may be some of the cleanest makeup on the market.
How long does your makeup keep?
Because we do not use synthetic preservatives, we recommend that you discard the makeup six months after opening. Discard powders at once if they become wet.
I can buy a whole big box of makeup for kids or teens at most stores. Why are your products so much more expensive?
Most other brands import their makeup from China, and most of them are full of harsh chemicals and synthetic colorants. Klee uses only natural ingredients, most of which are far more expensive than synthetic alternatives. All our products are crafted in the USA or Canada.
What is commonly used in other makeup for kids and tweens?
Most makeup designed for kids and teens contain talc, petrochemical binders like petroleum-derived mineral oils or paraffin, artificial colorants, fragrances and artificial preservatives. Klee Naturals swears off such ingredients.
What is the difference between Klee Kids and Klee Girls makeup?
Most of the Klee Kids makeup is very light in color, while Klee Girls makeup is more pigmented.

No Nasties Range

Do we have to be careful when using the No Nasties Makeup products?
Although No Nasties Makeup is all natural, in the unlikely event of a negative reaction or irritation on the skin of your little one, please discontinue use immediately. We do recommend that you test a small amount of the products on a patch of skin prior to use. Our products are for external use only. Please avoid direct eye contact and if this does occur, rinse the eye in warm water immediately. We also recommend our products for children over 4 years due to potential choking hazards of small containers and bits.
No Nasties Makeup is just that - no nasties!
You will never see nasties like FD&C colours, synthetic dyes, talc, mineral oil, bismuth oxychloride, ferric ferrocyanide or paraben preservatives in any of our products.
