All orders placed are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria (unless otherwise specified). Within 0-2 days of placing your order (Monday to Friday), your items will be securely packed and shipped. You will then receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.
There is a flat rate for standard shipping of $9.95 and for express post $14.95
There is also option of free standard delivery above $90 order

We also offer local pickup from our shop located in Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre, Point Cook.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup (usually the next business day).
SHIPPING DELAYS
On some occasions, shipping your order may be delayed. These reasons include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Items ordered are on back order.
- Items ordered are pre-sale (ship date is stated on product page)
- Holiday Period or new item release (please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be shipped in these cases)
For all orders containing ‘pre-sale’, ‘out of stock’ or ‘back ordered’ items, your order will be shipped when all products are in stock. All estimated dates of shipping are subject to change due to unforeseen delays.
